Turn off Print Menu From Internet Explorer

Hello Friends, As an IT Administrator you can restrict users to stop printing directly from the IE browser. You can configure it through Group Policy to restrict printing from internet explorer.

Steps are mentioned as below to turn off print menu internet explorer:

First of all, create a Group Policy. Right click on it. Select “Edit” option.

Freshers can follow link How To Open and Configure Group Policy. Thereafter go to the below path:

Computer Configuration –> Administrative Templates –> Windows Component –> Internet Explorer –> Browser Menus

After expanding computer configuration till Browser Menus, you will see “Turn off Print Menus” on right pane. Just double click on it. Select the “Enable” radio button and close all the properties.
