Active Directory DSQUERY Commands

Hello Friends, now and then reports are asked by your management to take out report from Active Directory related to your Domain, Users, Groups, Organization Unit etc. These all reports can be fethced using Active Directory DSQUERY Commands. Few of them are as follows:

Active Directory DSQUERY Commands

Below command will show a list of computers whose name start with “tr” and description start with desktop.
dsquery computer domainroot -name tr* -desc desktop*

Below command will show all computers residing in specific Organizational Unit:
dsquery computer OU=Finance,DC=Test,DC=Com
